PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. (a) In the event that the Board of Directors of the Fund (or a committee thereof) authorizes the declaration of dividends or distributions with respect to a Portfolio, an Authorized Person shall provide the Custodian with Instructions specifying the record date, the date of payment of such distribution and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent or its designee on such payment date. (b) Upon the payment date specified in such Instructions, the Custodian shall pay the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent or its designee out of the moneys specifically allocated to and held for the account of the appropriate Portfolio.

(b) Upon the payment date specified in such Instructions, the Custodian shall pay the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent or its designee out of the moneys specifically allocated to and held for the account of the appropriate PortfolioFund.
