PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. 1. The Fund shall furnish to the Custodian a copy of the resolution of the Board of Trustees certified by the Secretary, either (i) setting forth the date of the declaration of any dividend or distribution in respect of shares of the Fund, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which Fund shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to Fund shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount to be paid by the Dividend and Transfer Agent of the Fund on the payment date, or (ii) authorizing the declaration of dividends and distributions in respect of shares of the Fund on a daily basis and authorizing the Custodian to rely on Written Instructions or a Certificate setting forth the date of the declaration of any such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which Fund shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to Fund shareholders of record as of that date and the total amount to be paid by the Dividend and Transfer Agent on the payment date. 2.
