PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS OR DISTRIBUTIONS. (a) The Trust shall furnish to the Custodian the resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Trust certified by the Secretary (i) authorizing the declaration of dividends of the Trust on a specified periodic basis and authorizing the Custodian to rely on Oral or Written Instructions specifying the date of the declaration of such dividend or distribution, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date, or (ii) setting forth the date of declaration of any dividend or distribution by of the Trust, the date of payment thereof, the record date as of which shareholders entitled to payment shall be determined, the amount payable per share to the shareholders of record as of the record date and the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent on the payment date. (b) Upon the payment date specified in such resolution, Oral Instructions. or Written Instructions, as the case may be, the Custodian shall pay out the moneys specifically allocated to and held for the account of the Trust the total amount payable to the Transfer Agent of the Trust.
