Common use of Payment of Expenses, Indemnities and Protective Advances Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses, Indemnities and Protective Advances. If any funds are advanced or costs are incurred by Administrative Agent or any Lender to or on behalf of Borrowers or otherwise as permitted under the Loan Documents (including as protective advances), other than Advances pursuant to Section 1.4, then such advances or costs must be re-paid to Administrative Agent in their entirety immediately upon the earlier of (a) awareness by Borrowers of the advance or incurrence thereof or (b) demand by Administrative Agent for payment thereof.
