Payment of Expenses of the Trust. Payments under Indenture or Pursuant to Direct Actions. Any amount payable hereunder to any Holder of Capital Securities shall be reduced by the amount of any corresponding payment such Holder (or an Owner with respect to the Holder's Capital Securities) has directly received pursuant to Section 5.8 of the Indenture or Section 5.14 of this Trust Agreement.
