Common use of Payment of Expenses of Trust Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses of Trust. The Company covenants for the benefit of the Holders of the Series __ Debentures to pay all of the costs and expenses of Trust __ in accordance with Section 2.03(b) of the Trust __ Agreement and to pay the taxes of Trust __ in accordance with Section 2.03(c) of the Trust __ Agreement in order to permit Trust __ to make distributions on and redemptions of the Series __ Preferred Securities in accordance with Article IV of the Trust __ Agreement.
