Common use of Payment of Expenses of Trusts Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses of Trusts. The Company covenants for the benefit of the Holders of the Debentures to pay all of the obligations, costs and expenses of the applicable Trust in accordance with the applicable Trust agreement and to pay the taxes of such Trust in accordance with such Trust agreement in order to permit such Trust to make distributions on and redemptions of its Preferred Securities in accordance with their terms.
