Common use of Payment of Expenses on Transfer Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses on Transfer. Upon the issuance of a new Lessor Note or Lessor Notes pursuant to Section 2.8 or 2.9 hereof, the Owner Lessor or the Indenture Trustee may require from the party requesting such new Lessor Note or Lessor Notes payment of a sum to reimburse the Owner Lessor and the Indenture Trustee for, or to provide funds for, the payment on an After-Tax Basis to the Owner Lessor, the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Participant of any tax or other governmental charge in connection therewith or any charges and expenses connected with such tax or governmental charge paid or payable by the Owner Lessor or the Indenture Trustee.
