Common use of Payment of Expenses on Transfer Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses on Transfer. Upon the issuance of a new Note or new Notes pursuant to Sections 10(c) or (d), the Borrower and/or the Administrative Agent may require from the party requesting such new Note or Notes payment of a sum sufficient to reimburse the Borrower and/or the Administrative Agent for, or to provide funds for, the payment of any tax or other governmental charge in connection therewith or any charges and expenses connected with such tax or other governmental charge paid or payable by the Borrower or the Administrative Agent.
