Payment of Expenses; Transfer Taxes. Except as otherwise provided herein, each of the parties hereto shall pay its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby. All transfer, documentary, sale, use, registration, value-added and other similar Taxes and related amounts (including any penalties, interest and additions) incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by the Sellers.
