PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. The U.K. Company hereby agrees to pay to the Purchaser on the Initial Closing Date a facility fee in the amount of US $630,000 in connection with the payment of the organizational costs of the Purchaser and the costs associated with the registration of the TrUEPrS and the Offering.
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Borrower fails to make any payment of the facility fee on any Note executed in connection with this Loan Agreement when the same shall become due, and such default shall continue for ten (10) days after the due date.
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Borrower shall pay Lender a fee in the amount of $15,000 (the “Facility Fee”), plus all out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed $10,000.
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. The Company shall pay to the Purchasers, in cash, a facility fee equal to 1% of the purchase price of the Notes issued at each Closing, which amount may, at the option of the Purchasers, be paid by offset against the cash purchase price payable for the Notes purchased at such Closing.
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. The Bank shall have received payment of the Facility Fee in the amount of $120,000.
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Borrower shall have paid to Bank a fully-earned, non-refundable fee in the amount of $27,500 on or before the Effective Date.

PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Evidence that all fees payable to the Original Banks accrued to the Amendment Effective Date under the Original Credit Agreement and unpaid have been paid in full.
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Seller shall pay Buyer a fee in the amount of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($9,375.00) (“Facility Fee”).
