PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. The U.K. Company hereby agrees to pay to the Purchaser on the Initial Closing Date a facility fee in the amount of US $630,000 in connection with the payment of the organizational costs of the Purchaser and the costs associated with the registration of the TrUEPrS and the Offering.
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Seller shall pay Buyer a fee in the amount of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($9,375.00) (“Facility Fee”).

PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Borrower shall pay to Lender the incremental increase in the Facility Fee for the first year of the Revolving Facility as a result of the increase in the Committed Revolving Line pursuant to this Second Loan Modification Agreement, which increase is in the amount of Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($7,875.00) (the "Supplemental Facility Fee").
PAYMENT OF FACILITY FEE. Borrower fails to make any payment of the facility fee on any Note executed in connection with this Loan Agreement when the same shall become due, and such default shall continue for ten (10) days after the due date.
