Common use of Payment of Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fees and Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay or reimburse the Administrative Agent for its reasonable out-of-pocket fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Amendment and the other documents and agreements executed and delivered in connection herewith.
