Payment of Fees by the Funds. Delaware shall submit to each Fund, with a copy to Lincoln Life, an invoice for each month for all of the fees payable pursuant to Section 6.1 with respect to such Fund. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, invoices for such fees shall be payable within 30 days of receipt.
