Payment Of Fines Assessed For Notices Of Violation Not Yet Adjudicated. For the duration of the Probationary Period all notices of violation of the New York City Health Code (the “Health Code") and the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code'') that have not yet been adjudicated as of the date on which Respondent executes this Order, Respondent shall appear at the ECB on the scheduled hearing date and shall not default on or adjourn the hearing without good reason. Respondent shall pay all fines and penalties imposed for such notices of violation, plus all interest that will have accrued at the time of payment, within thirty (30) days of the issuance of ECB's final decision.

  • DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.

  • Termination of Agreement for Unavailability of Authority or Federal Funds It is the intent and understanding of the Parties that this Agreement is contingent upon the availability of Authority or Federal funds or the receipt by the Authority of Federal funds. If Authority funds or Federal funds approved or obligated by the Authority in connection with this Agreement are at any time rendered unavailable, the Authority shall then have the right to terminate this Agreement by the giving of a written notice, the basis, and the effective date of the termination to the Contractor. Should this Agreement be terminated by reason of the unavailability of Authority or Federal funds for the purposes of this Agreement, all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, reports, and other materials prepared by the Contractor under this Agreement prior to the effective date of the termination shall be delivered in a format specified by the Authority.   • Termination for Non-Appropriation of Funds Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, the County shall not be obligated for the Contractor’s performance hereunder or by any provision of this Contract during any of the County’s future fiscal years unless and until the County’s Board of Supervisors appropriates funds for this Contract in the County’s Budget for each such future fiscal year. In the event that funds are not appropriated for this Contract, then this Contract shall terminate as of June 30 of the last fiscal year for which funds were appropriated.
