Payment of Impositions and Other Charges. Subject to Mortgagor’s right to contest set forth in Section 5.3(B) of the Loan Agreement and the provisions of Section 5 below, Mortgagor shall cause to be paid all Impositions now or hereafter levied or assessed or imposed against the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof as the same become due and payable. Mortgagor shall promptly pay for all utility services provided to the Mortgaged Property. Mortgagor shall furnish to Mortgagee or its designee receipts for the payment of the Impositions prior to the date the same shall become delinquent (provided, however, that Mortgagor shall not be required to furnish such receipts for payment of Impositions in the event that such Impositions are to be paid by Mortgagee pursuant to Section 5 hereof).
