Common use of Payment of Impositions and Other Charges Clause in Contracts

Payment of Impositions and Other Charges. Subject to Trustor's right to contest set forth in Section 5.3 (B) of the Loan Agreement and the provisions of Section 5 below, and pursuant to the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement, Trustor shall cause to be paid all Impositions now or hereafter levied or assessed or imposed against the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof as the same become due and payable. Trustor shall promptly pay for all utility services provided to the Mortgaged Property. Trustor shall furnish to Beneficiary or its designee receipts for the payment of the Impositions prior to the date the same shall become delinquent (provided, however, that Trustor shall not be required to furnish such receipts for payment of Impositions in the event that such Impositions have been paid by Beneficiary pursuant to Section 5 hereof).
