Common use of Payment of Impositions and Utility Charges Clause in Contracts

Payment of Impositions and Utility Charges. Pay all Impositions while the same may be paid without fine, penalty, interest or additional cost, unless the same shall be contested in good faith and by appropriate proceedings by Borrower in the manner permitted by the Loan Agreement. Any Impositions which are payable in installments may be paid in installments provided that the Borrower is otherwise in compliance with the Loan Agreement. Upon the written request of Beneficiary from time to time, Borrower will furnish to Beneficiary official receipts or other satisfactory proof evidencing such payments. In addition, Borrower will pay all utility charges as required by the Loan Agreement. Borrower shall not be entitled to any credit on the Indebtedness, by reason of the payment of any Imposition or utility charges or any part thereof.
