Common use of Payment of Indemnified Amounts Clause in Contracts

Payment of Indemnified Amounts. After any final judgment or award shall have been rendered by a court, arbitration board, or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction and the time for an appeal of such judgment or award has expired without an appeal being taken by any party, or after any settlement agreed to by the parties shall have been consummated, the party seeking indemnification shall forward to the other parties notice of any sums due and owing by such other parties with respect to such matter and such parties shall be required to pay all of the sums so owing to the party seeking indemnification within thirty (30) days after the date of such notice unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing by the parties.
