Payment of Initial Premium and Expenses. The Note Insurer shall have been paid, by the Servicer, that portion of a nonrefundable Premium payable on the Date of Issuance and the Servicer shall agree to reimburse or pay directly other fees and expenses identified in Section 3.02 hereof as payable, and the Note Insurer shall have received a fully executed copy of the Fee Letter.
