Common use of Payment of Interest and Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Interest and Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received confirmation that the Borrower has paid all reasonable expenses and fees arising in connection with all matters undertaken or performed at the request of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, including but not limited to, all expenses and fees owed to Donoxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xarrxxx X.X., Winsxxxx Xxxhxxxx & Xinixx X.X. and Arthxx Xxxexxxx XXX ("Financial Advisor").

Payment of Interest and Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received confirmation that the Borrower has paid all reasonable expenses and fees arising in connection with all matters undertaken or performed at the request of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, including but not limited to, all expenses and fees owed to Donoxxx, Xxxxxxx Winxxxxx Xxcxxxxx & Xarrxxx X.X., Winsxxxx Xxxhxxxx & Xinixx X.X. Minxxx X.C. and Arthxx Xxxexxxx XXX Artxxx Xxdxxxxx XXP ("Financial Advisor"), and accrued interest on the Obligations at the non-Default Rate through August 31, 2001.

The Administrative Agent shall have received confirmation that the Borrower has paid all accrued but unpaid interest on the Advances through February 28, 2001, and has paid all reasonable expenses and fees arising in connection with all matters undertaken or performed at the request of the Administrative Agent or the Lenders, including but not limited to, to all expenses and fees owed to Donoxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xarrxxx X.X., Winsxxxx Xxxhxxxx & Xinixx X.X. and Arthxx Xxxexxxx XXX ("the Financial Advisor")Advisor to the extent billed on or prior to the date hereof.
