Payment of Interest and Other Outstanding Amounts Due. No repayment or payment of the Amounts Due will become due and payable or be paid after the exercise of the Bail-in Power by the Relevant Resolution Authority with respect to the Issuer unless, at the time such repayment or payment, respectively, is scheduled to become due, such repayment or payment would be permitted to be made by the Issuer under the laws and regulations in effect in France and the European Union applicable to the Issuer or other members of the Group (being the Issuer and its consolidated subsidiaries taken as a whole).
Payment of Interest and Other Outstanding Amounts Due. No repayment or payment of Amounts Due in relation to the Notes will become due and payable or be paid after the exercise of any UK Bail-in Power by the Resolution Authority if and to the extent such amounts have been reduced, written-down, converted, cancelled, amended or altered as a result of such exercise.
Payment of Interest and Other Outstanding Amounts Due. No repayment or payment of Amounts Due on the Perpetual Capital Securities will become due and payable or be paid after the exercise of any Bail-in Power by the Resolution Authority, if and to the extent such amounts have been reduced, converted, cancelled, suspended (for so long as such suspension or moratorium is outstanding), amended or altered as a result of such exercise.
