Common use of Payment of Interest and Principal; Rights Preserved Clause in Contracts

Payment of Interest and Principal; Rights Preserved. (a) Any installment of interest or principal, payable on any Note that is punctually paid or duly provided for by the Company on the applicable Payment Date shall be paid to the Person in whose name such Note was registered at the close of business on the Record Date for such Payment Date by wire transfer of federal funds to the account and number specified in the Note Register on such Record Date for such Person (which shall be, as to each original purchaser of the Notes, the account and number specified below such purchaser's signature to the Note Agreement until such time as such purchaser notifies the Trustee in writing of a change therein) or, if no such account or number is so specified, then by check mailed to such Person's address as it appears in the Note Register on such Record Date.

(a) Any installment of interest or principalprincipal and Prepayment Premium, if any, payable on any Note that is punctually paid or duly provided for by the Company Issuer on the applicable Payment Date shall be paid to the Person in whose name such Note was registered at the close of business on the Record Date for such Payment Date by wire transfer of federal funds to the account and number specified in the Note Register on such Record Date for such Person (which shall be, as to each original purchaser of the Notes, the account and number specified below such purchaser's signature on Exhibit A to the Note Agreement until such time as such purchaser notifies the Indenture Trustee in writing of a change therein) or, if no such account or number is so specified, then by check mailed to such Person's address as it appears in the Note Register on such Record Date.
