Common use of Payment of Interest, Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Interest, Fees and Expenses. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) (for its own account or for the account of the Lenders, as applicable) payment in full of all of the fees that are described in Section 4.4 that are due and payable on the Closing Date; and (ii) all reasonable and documented costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and charges) incurred by the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement, to the extent then billed.
