Common use of Payment of interest from the Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Payment of interest from the Termination Date. From the Termination Date, the Borrower shall pay interest on the Loan at the Applicable Interest Rate for each Interest Period in respect thereof which interest shall be payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date PROVIDED THAT if the current Interest Period does not end on the relevant Interest Payment Date the Borrower shall only pay the interest accrued during that Interest Period up to but not including the Interest Payment Date.
