Payment of Interest on US Base Rate Loan (excluding the Swingline Loan in USDollars). On each Interest Payment Date in respect of the US Base Rate Loan, the Canadian Borrower shall pay the Administrative Agent interest on the US Base Rate Loan (excluding however the portion of the Swingline Loan outstanding in USDollars) at the US Base Rate. The Canadian Borrower shall pay this interest in arrears for the period up to but excluding such Interest Payment Date; the Administrative Agent will compute the interest on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in the period for which such interest is payable divided by the actual number of days of the year. The applicable rate of interest for the US Base Rate Loan will change simultaneously with any change in the US Base Rate.
