Common use of Payment of Issuance Commission Clause in Contracts

Payment of Issuance Commission. On each Settlement Date, the Company shall pay, or cause the Registrar to pay, to the Agent the Issuance Commission due to the Agent in respect of the Issuance Amount of the Shares settled. The aforementioned Issuance Commission shall be paid on the Settlement Date by the Registrar to the Agent as soon as possible after issuance of the certificate (certificat du dépositaire).
