PAYMENT OF JUNIOR ENCUMBRANCES. Borrower shall permit no default or delinquency under any other lien, imposition, charge or encumbrance against the Property, even though junior and inferior to the lien of this Mortgage; provided however, the foregoing shall not be construed to permit any such additional lien or encumbrance against the Property, other than the Permitted Exceptions.
