Common use of Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. To pay on demand Landlord's expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 8.4.

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. To pay Tenant shall pay, on demand demand, Landlord's expenses, including reasonable attorneys' attorney's fees, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 8.412.4.

To Tenant shall pay on demand Landlord's such expenses, including including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, reasonably incurred by Landlord in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 8.4.,

Landlord covenants to pay on demand Tenant's expenses, including attorneys reasonable fees, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Landlord under this Lease or in curing any default by Landlord under this Lease as provided in Section 8.5.

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. To pay Tenant shall pay, on demand demand, Landlord's expenses, including reasonable attorneys' feesfees and expenses, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease (including, without limitation, enforcing any indemnification agreement set forth herein) or in curing any default by of Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 8.412.4.

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. To pay on demand Landlord's expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in successfully enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 8.4. Landlord shall pay Tenant on demand Xxxxxx's expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred in successfully enforcing any obligation of Landlord hereunder.

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. To pay on demand Landlord's expenses, including reasonable attorneys' attorney's fees, incurred in successfully enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease or settling any claim in connection therewith, or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 8.4.
