Common use of Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. Tenant shall pay, within five (5) days following demand, Landlord’s expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease.

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. Tenant shall pay, within five ten (510) business days following demandafter demand therefor, Landlord’s expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this LeaseLease or in curing any default by Tenant under this Lease as provided in Section 8.4.

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. Tenant shall pay, within five thirty (530) days following demandwritten demand therefor, Landlord’s expenses, including including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease.
