Common use of Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement. Tenant shall pay, within thirty (30) days following written demand therefor, Landlord’s expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements, incurred in enforcing any obligation of Tenant under this Lease.

Payment of Landlord’s Cost of Enforcement.
