Common use of Payment of Lender Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Lender Expenses. Borrower shall pay to Lender on demand any and all reasonable expenses including attorneys fees incurred or expended by Lender in the collection or attempted collection of the Obligations, in protecting and/or enforcing the rights of Lender against Borrower, and in sustaining and/or enforcing the security interest and other liens, if any, granted to Lender hereunder and under all related agreements, instruments and documents.
