Payment of Loan Fees. Borrower shall have paid to Bondowner Representative, in good funds, all fees owing pursuant to Section 3.12 and all costs of issuance of the Bonds.
Payment of Loan Fees. At the time of the execution and delivery of this Amendment, Borrower shall pay to Bank nonrefundable fees (a) in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500) for the increase and extension of the Committed Revolving Line (the “Revolving Loan Fee”), and (b) in the amount of One Thousand Fifty Dollars ($1,050) in connection with the amendment to the Committed Equipment Line (the “Equipment Line Fee”, and together with the Revolving Loan Fee, collectively, the “Loan Fees”), plus all out-of-pocket expenses, including, without limitation, Bank’s reasonable attorney’s fees.
Payment of Loan Fees. Borrower shall pay to Lender a fee for the Domestic Loan in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($7,500.00) (the "Domestic Loan Fee"), and a fee for the Export Loan in the amount of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000.00) (the "Export Loan Fee") (collectively, the "Loan Fees") plus all out-of-pocket expenses.
Payment of Loan Fees. Borrower shall pay to Silicon a fee in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) (the "Domestic Loan Fee") and a fee in the amount of Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500) (the "Exim Loan Fee") and collectively, the "Loan Fees", plus all out-of-pocket expenses.
Payment of Loan Fees. Borrower shall pay Lender a fee in the amount of Ten Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000.00) for the Working Capital Line, plus all out-of-pocket expenses (the "Loan Fee").
Payment of Loan Fees. In consideration of the Lender’s expenses associated with processing and servicing this Loan, the Borrower agrees to pay to the Lender the fees for selling Section 504/505 Certificates. These include: CDC Loan Origination Fee: Not to exceed 1.5% of the Net Debenture Proceeds.

Payment of Loan Fees. Daw pays U.S. Bank $30,000 with respect to the loan fees owed pursuant to paragraph 1.5 of this Fifth Amendment; and
