Common use of Payment of Money After Termination Clause in Contracts

Payment of Money After Termination. No payment of money by Lessee to Lessor after the termination of this Lease by Lessor, or after the giving of any notice of termination to Lessee by Lessor which Lessor is entitled to give Lessee under this Lease, shall reinstate, continue or extend the Term of this Lease or shall affect any such notice given to Lessee prior to the payment of such money, it being agreed that after the service of such notice or the commencement of any suit by Lessor to obtain possession of the Premises, Lessor may receive and collect, when due, any and all payments owed by Lessee under this Lease, and otherwise exercise any and all of its rights and remedies. The making of any such payments by Lessee or acceptance of same by Lessor shall not waive such notice of termination, or in any manner affect any pending suit or judgment obtained.
