Common use of Payment of Monthly Interest Payment Clause in Contracts

Payment of Monthly Interest Payment. On each Payment Date, based solely on the information contained in the Monthly Settlement Statement with respect to the Series 2003-2 Investor Notes, the Indenture Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, distribute to the Series 2003-2 Investor Noteholders, from the Series 2003-2 Distribution Account the Monthly Interest Payment to the extent of the amount deposited in the Series 2003-2 Distribution Account for the payment of interest pursuant to Section 5A.4(c)(v).

Payment of Monthly Interest Payment. On each Payment Date, based solely on the information contained in the Monthly Settlement Statement with respect to the Series 20032001-2 1 Investor Notes, the Indenture Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, distribute pay to the Series 20032001-2 1 Investor Noteholders, from the Series 20032001-2 1 Distribution Account the Monthly Interest Payment to the extent of the amount deposited in the Series 20032001-2 1 Distribution Account for the payment of interest pursuant to Section 5A.4(c)(v).

On each Payment Date, based solely on the information contained in the Monthly Settlement Statement with respect to the Series 20032009-2 3 Investor Notes, the Indenture Trustee shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, distribute to the Series 2003-2 Investor Noteholders, from the Series 20032009-2 3 Distribution Account the Monthly Interest Payment in the following order of priority to the extent of the amount deposited in the Series 20032009-2 3 Distribution Account for the payment of interest pursuant to Section 5A.4(c)(v).5A.4(c)(iv):
