Payment of Non-Extending Lenders. On the date that any Non-Extending Lender ceases to be a Lender hereunder, the Borrower shall pay all obligations hereunder owing to such Non-Extending Lender (to the extent such obligations have not been purchased by one or more Additional Commitment Lenders).
