Payment of Non Pro‑Rata Loans and Letters of Credit. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, at the sole discretion of the Administrative Agent, any payment of principal, interest, fees or other amounts hereunder may first be applied to such Loans, Letters of Credit and other obligations that were not advanced or participated pro rata hereunder.
