Payment of Non Pro-Rata Revolving Loans. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, at the sole discretion of Agent, in order to pay Revolving Loans that were not advanced pro rata by the Lenders, any payment of any Loan may first be applied to such Revolving Loans that were not advanced pro rata.
