Common use of Payment of Note Interest Clause in Contracts

Payment of Note Interest. On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 2003-3 Noteholders from the Series 2003-3 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 2003-3 Noteholders deposited in the Series 2003-3 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.3.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 2003-3 4 Noteholders from the Series 2003-3 4 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 2003-3 4 Noteholders deposited in the Series 2003-3 4 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.3.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20032005-3 2 Noteholders from the Series 20032005-3 2 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 20032005-3 2 Noteholders deposited in the Series 20032005-3 2 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.3.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20032007-3 2 Noteholders from the Series 20032007-3 2 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 20032007-3 2 Noteholders deposited in the Series 20032007-3 2 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.3.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20032002-3 1 Noteholders from the Series 20032002-3 1 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 2003-3 Noteholders deposited in the Series 20032002-3 1 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.32.3 of this Supplement.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 2003-3 Noteholders Purchaser from the Series 2003-3 1 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 2003-3 Noteholders amounts deposited in the Series 2003-3 1 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.33.3 PLUS the amount of any unpaid Series 2003-1 Shortfalls relating to unpaid Series 2003-1 Monthly Interest payable to the Purchaser as of the preceding Distribution Date, together with any interest thereon at the Series 2003-1 Note Rate plus 2% per annum.

On each Distribution Date, subject to Section Sec­tion 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 2003-3 5 Noteholders from the Series 2003-3 5 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 2003-3 5 Noteholders deposited in the Series 2003-3 5 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.3.

On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20032010-3 1 Noteholders from the Series 20032010-3 1 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 20032010-3 1 Noteholders deposited in the Series 20032010-3 1 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.34.3.

On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20032005-3 4 Noteholders from the Series 20032005-3 4 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 20032005-3 4 Noteholders deposited in the Series 20032005-3 4 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.3.

On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 20031999-3 1 Noteholders from the Series 20031999-3 1 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 2003-3 Noteholders deposited in the Series 20031999-3 1 Distribution Account for the payment of interest pursuant to Section 2.32.3(b) of this Series Supplement.

Payment of Note Interest. On each Distribution Date, subject to Section 9.8 of the Base Indenture, the Paying Agent shall, in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Base Indenture, pay to the Series 2003-3 5 Noteholders from the Series 2003-3 5 Distribution Account the amount due to the Series 2003-3 5 Noteholders deposited in the Series 2003-3 5 Distribution Account pursuant to Section 2.3.
