Payment of Nuclear Material Costs. (i) On the Closing, the Lessor shall pay UBS pursuant to Section 5.02 of the UBS Credit Agreement the principal amount of all loans outstanding thereunder together with accrued interest thereon to the extent not paid previously, and related costs and expenses in connection therewith.
