Common use of Payment of Nuclear Material Costs Clause in Contracts

Payment of Nuclear Material Costs. (i) On the Closing, the Lessor shall pay Prudential pursuant to Section 7A of the Prudential Agreement the principal amount of all loans outstanding thereunder together with accrued interest thereon to the extent not paid previously, and related costs and expenses in connection therewith.
