Payment of Obligations Generally. Pay and discharge as the same shall become due and payable, all its other obligations and liabilities (except to the extent prohibited by Article VII), including (i) all lawful claims which, if unpaid, would by law become a Lien (other than a Permitted Lien) upon the Collateral or otherwise would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect and (ii) all Indebtedness, as and when due and payable, but subject to any subordination provisions or intercreditor agreement.
