Common use of Payment of Other Amounts Clause in Contracts

Payment of Other Amounts. Unless otherwise expressly provided for herein, any payments due hereunder or in respect of an Aircraft in addition to those referred to in Subclauses 6.2.2 and 6.3 above will be paid by the Buyer concurrently with the delivery of the corresponding Aircraft or, if invoiced after delivery of such Aircraft, within one (1) month after the invoice date.

Payment of Other Amounts. Unless otherwise expressly provided for herein, any payments due hereunder or in respect of an Aircraft in addition to those referred to in Subclauses sub-Clauses 6.2.2 and 6.3 6.4 above will be paid by the Buyer concurrently with the delivery of the corresponding Aircraft. In the event that ancillary amounts in connection with an Aircraft or, if delivery are invoiced after delivery of such Aircraft, such amounts will be paid by Buyer within one (1) month forty-five days after the invoice date.
