Common use of Payment of Other Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Other Expenses. Lessee shall pay (i) the ongoing fees and expenses of Owner Trustee and Mortgagee, and (ii) all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel) incurred by any Participant attributable to (A) any transfer of title to the Aircraft or any Engine contemplated by Section 4.5 of the Lease or (B) any waiver, amendment or modification of any Operative Agreement to the extent requested by Lessee.

Payment of Other Expenses. Lessee shall pay (ia) the ongoing fees and expenses of Owner Trustee and MortgageeTrustee, and (iib) all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel) incurred by any Owner Participant attributable to (A1) any transfer of title to the Aircraft or any Engine contemplated by Section ss. 4.5 of the Lease Lease, or (B2) any waiver, amendment amendment, or modification of any Operative Agreement to the extent requested by Lessee.
