Common use of Payment of Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

Payment of Other Obligations. Pay, discharge or otherwise satisfy at or before maturity or before they become delinquent, as the case may be, all of its obligations and liabilities of whatever nature, except (i) when the amount or validity thereof is currently being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings and reserves in conformity with GAAP with respect thereto have been provided on the books of the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, as the case may be and (ii) for trade and other accounts payable in the ordinary course of business in accordance with customary trade terms and which are not overdue for a period of more than sixty (60) days (or any longer period if longer payment terms are accepted in the ordinary course of business) or, if overdue for more than sixty (60) days (or such longer period), as to which a dispute exists and adequate reserves in conformity with GAAP have been established on the books of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries, as the case may be.
