Payment of Other Taxes by the Borrower or Guarantors. The Borrower or Guarantors, as applicable, shall pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law or, at the option of the Administrative Agent, timely reimburse it for such Other Taxes.
