Common use of Payment of Other Taxes by the Credit Parties Clause in Contracts

Payment of Other Taxes by the Credit Parties. Without duplication of other amounts payable by the Borrower under this Section 3.01, the Credit Parties shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of any Other Taxes, in accordance with applicable Laws.

Payment of Other Taxes by the Credit Parties. Without duplication limiting the provisions of other amounts payable by the Borrower under this Section 3.012.4(a), the Credit Parties shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental AuthorityAuthority in accordance with Applicable Law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of of, any Other Taxes, in accordance with applicable Laws.

Without limiting the provisions of clause (a) above and without duplication of other any amounts payable by the Borrower under pursuant to this Section 3.012.15, the Credit Parties shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental AuthorityAuthority in accordance with applicable Requirements of Law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of any Other Taxes, in accordance with applicable Laws.
