Payment of outgoings and evidence of payments. promptly to pay or procure the payment of, all tolls due and other outgoings whatsoever in respect of the Ship and to keep proper books of account in respect of the Ship and her Earnings and as and when the Mortgagee may so require to make such books available for inspection on behalf of the Mortgagee and furnish satisfactory evidence that the wages and allotments and the insurance and pension contributions of the Master and crew are being regularly paid and that all deductions from crew’s wages in respect of any tax liability are being properly accounted for and that the Master has no claim for disbursements other than those incurred by him in the ordinary course of trading;
