Common use of Payment of Outstanding Element Clause in Contracts

Payment of Outstanding Element. If the Authority has elected to pay in accordance with paragraph 3.2 it may (on twenty (20) Business Days’ prior written notice to the Contractor) elect to pay the outstanding part of the Adjusted Estimated Fair Value of the Contract in full on any Instalment Date.
