Common use of Payment of Outstanding Indebtedness, etc Clause in Contracts

Payment of Outstanding Indebtedness, etc. All Indebtedness identified in Item 4.1.5 of the Disclosure Schedule together with all interest, all prepayment premiums and other amounts due and payable with respect thereto, shall have been paid in full (including, to the extent necessary, from proceeds of the initial Borrowing); and all Liens, if any, securing payment of any such Indebtedness have been released and the Administrative Agent shall have received all Uniform Commercial Code Form UCC-3 termination statements or other instruments as may be suitable or appropriate in connection therewith.

Payment of Outstanding Indebtedness, etc. All Indebtedness identified in Item 4.1.5 5.1.6 of the Disclosure Schedule Schedule, together with all interest, all prepayment premiums and other amounts due and payable with respect thereto, shall have been paid in full (includingand the commitments in respect of such Indebtedness shall have been terminated, to the extent necessary, from proceeds of the initial Borrowing); and all Liens, if any, Liens securing payment of any such Indebtedness Indebtedness, interest, prepayment premiums or other amounts shall have been terminated and released and the Administrative Agent shall have received all Uniform Commercial Code Form UCC-3 termination statements or other instruments as may be suitable or appropriate in connection therewith.

Payment of Outstanding Indebtedness, etc. All Indebtedness identified in Part 1 of Item 4.1.5 7.2.2(b) of the Disclosure Schedule Schedule, together with all interest, all prepayment premiums and other amounts due and payable with respect thereto, shall have been paid in full (including, to from the extent necessary, from proceeds of the initial Borrowing); Credit Extension and the commitments in respect of such Indebtedness shall have been terminated, and all Liens, if any, Liens securing payment of any such Indebtedness shall have been released and the Administrative Agent Lead Arranger shall have received all Uniform Commercial Code Form UCC-3 termination statements or other instruments as may be suitable or appropriate in connection therewith.
