Common use of Payment of Partial Awards Clause in Contracts

Payment of Partial Awards. In the event a Participant no longer meets the eligibility criteria set forth in the Plan during the course of a particular Performance Period (other than due to termination of employment), the Committee may, in its discretion, pay a partial award for the portion of the Plan Year the individual was a Participant.
