Common use of Payment of Principal and Interest at Maturity Clause in Contracts

Payment of Principal and Interest at Maturity. All unpaid principal, accrued and unpaid interest, prepayment premiums (including any Applicable Prepayment Premium, if any), expenses and other Obligations in respect of the Term Loan shall be due and payable in full on the Term Loan Maturity Date or, if earlier, on the date on which the Obligations are declared due and payable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
